The membership will vote upon the resolution to register the trading name “Community First Community Bank”

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 5:15pm on Monday 20th May 2019 at the Trades Club, Frenchgate Shopping Centre, Doncaster, DN1 1LL.

1. Ascertain that a quorum is present.
2. Appointment of Tellers.
3. Approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any intervening Special General Meetings.
4. Chairperson’s Report.
5. Chief Executive’s Report.
6. Independent Supervisor's Report.
7. Treasurer’s Report and Consideration of Accounts and Auditor’s Report.
8. Declaration of Dividend, and rebate of interest and charitable donations (if any).
9. Approval of Dividend, and rebate of interest and charitable donations.
10. Appointment of Auditor.
11. Election of members of the Committee of Management.
12. Election of members of the Supervisory Committee.
13. Motions.
14. Any other business.

All members are invited to attend, membership book and ID must be presented for admittance.
